What can I customize?

You can customize the candle color, scent, labels, and packaging and make these branded Christmas candles the centerpiece of your business Christmas gift, for your employees, partners or clients. Create a totally personalized candle Christmas gift!

Every package includes a Candle Care Guide for safe burning tips, a Christmas greeting card, and every candle is wrapped in branded color ribbon, with a jingle bell around the wick, and protected with honeycomb paper.

What is the ordering process?

1️⃣ Fill out the custom order form – Tell me what you need (type of candles, quantity, scent, color, any custom labels or packaging). I recommend placing orders by October to guarantee December delivery.

2️⃣ I’ll review your request – If I can make it happen, I’ll send you a transparent quote within 48 hours.

3️⃣ You approve & pay – Once we finalize the custom details and you're happy with the looks, you'll pay a 30% deposit, and I start the magic. Read more in Section 6 of Terms of Service.

4️⃣ I hand-pour, pack & ship – Your custom candles will be ready in 1-4 weeks, depending on the size of the order. Mention your location for local delivery options.

Need something faster? Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

What is the minimum order for custom Christmas packages?

I work with both small-batch and large corporate orders. Just contact me for any tailored options. Pricing depends on the design, size, and level of customization. Once I know what you need, I’ll send you a transparent quote—no weird hidden fees, I promise.

How long does production & shipping take?

Shipping Locations: I ship everywhere in the Netherlands & select countries in Europe.

Sustainable Packaging: I use lots of upcycled and recycled packaging because the planet doesn’t need more plastic. Don't worry, your candles will arrive in style.

Delivery Time: Depending on volume, custom orders may take 1-4 weeks to make. Once shipped, your package should arrive in 1-3 business days in the Netherlands, and 3-7 business days in other EU countries.

Tracking & Shipping Costs: You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is on the way. Shipping costs depend on order size and will be included in your quote. Free delivery is applicable for large orders.

Do you only offer candles for business Christmas packages?

No. While candles are my specialty, I can also include Jesmonite crafts and other home décor pieces to create a full kerstpakket. Just ask me what you'd like to include and I'll tell you the options!
