Delivery Time: Custom orders typically take 2-5 weeks to make (because handmade magic isn’t rushed). Once shipped, your package should arrive in 1-3 business days.

Can I order a single custom candle?
I love you, but custom work takes time, so I have a minimum order of 20 pieces for custom candles. If you just need one candle, check out the regular collection!
Short Policy
Candles can be fully customized — scents, labels, molds, and designs. Because each piece is made just for you:
Production time: typically 2-5 weeks (plus delivery).
Deposit: refer to Terms & Conditions, section 6.
Cancellation: Possible within 48 hours of confirmation before production starts.
Returns: Only accepted for defective or damaged items (report within 2 working days of delivery).
Design & IP: All molds and designs remain the property of Hot Mess Candle unless agreed otherwise in writing.
