1️⃣ Fill out the custom order form – Tell me what you need (type of candles, quantity, scent, color, any custom labels or packaging).

2️⃣ I’ll review your request – If I can make it happen, I’ll send you a quote within 48 hours.

3️⃣ You approve & pay – Once we finalize the details, I start the magic.

4️⃣ I hand-pour, pack & ship – Your custom candles will be ready in 1-4 weeks, depending on the size of the order.

Need something faster? Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ):

Custom event candles: 10 pieces

Wholesale/retail orders: 15 pieces (depending on the design)

Personalized gift sets: 10 pieces

Pricing depends on the design, size, and level of customization. Once I know what you need, I’ll send you a transparent quote—no weird hidden fees, I promise.

I ship everywhere in the Netherlands. That’s right—if you’ve got a Dutch address, I’ll get our candles to your doorstep.

Local pickup & FREE delivery is available in Den Helder for large orders—just ask!

Delivery Time: Custom orders typically take 1-4 weeks to make (because handmade magic isn’t rushed). Once shipped, your package should arrive in 1-3 business days.

Tracking & Shipping Costs: You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is on the way. Shipping costs depend on order size and will be included in your quote.

I love you, but custom work takes time, so I have a minimum order of 10 pieces for custom candles. If you just need one candle, check out the regular collection!
