I ship everywhere in the Netherlands, including Eindhoven. That’s right—if you’ve got a Dutch address, I’ll get our candles to your doorstep.

FREE delivery is available in Eindhoven for large orders. Also available for Tilburg, Oirschot, Helmond, Sint-Oedenrode, Veldhoven, Waalre, Geldrop, Nuenen, Valkenswaard, Best, Son en Breugel.

Can I order a single custom candle?

I love you, but custom work takes time, so I have a minimum order of 20 pieces for custom candles. If you just need one candle, check out the regular collection!

Short Policy

Candles can be fully customized — scents, labels, molds, and designs. Because each piece is made just for you:

  • Production time: typically 1–4 weeks (plus delivery).
  • Deposit: refer to Terms & Conditions, section 6.
  • Cancellation: Possible within 48 hours of confirmation before production starts.
  • Returns: Only accepted for defective or damaged items (report within 2 working days of delivery).
  • Design & IP: All molds and designs remain the property of Hot Mess Candle unless agreed otherwise in writing.
